  • Why have you chosen to become a Certified Nursing Assistant?
  • What according to you are the job duties that a Certified Nursing assistant needs to fulfil? This particular question is asked to see whether you are aware of the responsibilities and are prepared to be professional certified nursing assistants
  • What according to you are the negative aspects of being a Certified Nursing Assistant? A question which is probably asked to try and see if you are fit for the post, because if you start telling the panel many things you hate about being a certified nursing assistant then they will surely not grant you the job

  • Where do you see yourself five years from now?
  • This is probably one of the most widely asked interview questions and the best step forward to answer this question is be honest without stating anything that would prove negative in letting you get the job
